About

Hi! I’m Courtney Hart — a dancer, choreographer, teacher, and musician with a BFA in Dance and a minor in Business Management from Point Park University. Over the years, I've performed with professional dance companies such as Soulescape, Nova Linea Contemporary Dance, and The Pillow Projects, and my choreography has been presented at various dance studios and high schools.

As a recording artist, I’ve released original music—including The Host (2023), Overtime (2024), and multiple singles—that merge seamlessly with my background in dance and performance. I’ve also accompanied classes at Soulescape intensives and shows (Dallas, TX), Steps On Broadway (NYC), Hollywood Connection’s Nationals (LA), Nova Linea Contemporary Dance (Milwaukee, WI), The Collective Movement’s in-studio intensive (Milwaukee, WI), and MUV Intensive (Austin, TX).

This unique intersection of dance and live music allows me to be a one-of-a-kind collaborator for studios and conventions.

Mission Statement

My mission as a musician, dancer, and creator is to create a space where dancers feel free to explore, grow, and express themselves without the pressure to fit a mold. I want to break away from artistic stereotypes and show that dance is more than a performance art. I share my love for both music and movement in different settings to help build deeper connections with the world around me and inspire others to embrace their own artistry. My hope is that dancers feel supported, seen, and empowered to find their unique voice and creative path. You can be more than just one thing.
